We are Mike and Jennifer Wendland, and we have been hitting the road in our RV for more than 15 years.

We've traveled over 250,000 miles across North America in those years. Passionate, experienced travelers who have learned - sometimes the hard way - what it actually takes to plan a great RV trip. That experience is built into every guide, tool, and resource we sell here.

Who We Are

Mike Wendland is an Emmy Award-winning journalist with more than 30 years in professional media - big city newspapers, television statuons and the NBC Newschannel network. That background matters. It means everything here is held to a standard: sourced, accurate, and honest. No fluff. No filler. No content written by someone who has never backed a rig into a tight campsite.

Jennifer Wendland is a former TV producer who co-hosts all RV Lifestyle content and is the co-author of our travel guides. She brings a practical, real-world lens to every destination - what is actually worth the drive, where to stay, what to skip.

Together, we produce the RV Lifestyle Podcast, one of the most listened-to RV podcasts in the country. Two episodes every week. The Monday News Edition covers RV industry news that affects your wallet and your plans. The Wednesday "Stories from the Road" episode digs into destinations, member stories, and real travel experiences.

We travel in a fifth wheel towed by our trusty Ford F-350 - which we call "the Beast." We have rolled through dozens of states, attended the Florida RV SuperShow 14 times, the Hershey RV Show 12 times, and often speak at large RV rallies and events. When we tell you a campground is worth it or a route is manageable, we know because we have done it.

Why We Built This Store

When we started RVing, finding reliable, practical planning resources was frustrating. Most of what we found was either too generic, written by people who had never actually traveled by RV, or scattered across a dozen different websites.

So we started creating our own.

Over the years, those resources grew into a full library: digital travel guides covering destinations from the Pacific Northwest to the Florida Keys, planning apps, checklists, boondocking guides, and more. Everything in this store was built because we needed it ourselves, or because our community of RV travelers told us they needed it.

This is not influencer content. This is journalism-grade research and real-road experience, packaged into tools you can actually use.
